How Field Alert Works

• A soft-key is configured as the Field Alert key (acts as a Panic Button)
• When the user presses the Field Alert key, an alert is immediately sent to an email address with the user’s location and a link to the location on a map
• Follow-up alerts are automatically sent until the issue is resolved
• Tracking frequency is automatically changed on the phone to record data every minute after an alert is triggered to provide the exact location of the employee
