How Field Alert Works
A soft-key is configured as the Field Alert key (acts as a Panic Button)
When the user presses the Field Alert key, an alert is immediately sent to an email address with the user’s location and a link to the location on a map
Follow-up alerts are automatically sent until the issue is resolved
Tracking frequency is automatically changed on the phone to record data every minute after an alert is triggered to provide the exact location of the employee
